1) On-premise server installation required. Usage of NCTI premium clients is restricted to snom and Yealink phones with uaCSTA firmware.

6) NCTI premium is in contrast to the NCTI standard/CRM client just able to synchronize the presence status. This means that the Skype for Business contacts are able to see if the user is busy. But users are not able to call out of Skype for Business.
